Here are some of the things we are putting in place to ensure the safety of you and our team

What we need you to do

Clients that had booking that we had to cancel or who are on the pre booking list will be contacted as soon as we get the green light.

We will be opening 7 days a week with 2 late nights for the 1st few weeks to accommodate everyone.

No waiting area, so please come alone.

We will be running on a 4 client capacity so please come alone.

Clients are asked to limit their belongings they bring with them to the salon.

Please leave Coats in the car, if bad weather you will be shown where you can hang them.

Please wait in car and your Stylist will come and get you.

No reading material will be provided so please bring your own kindle or phone.

We will be sanitizing each area between clients.

All clients must sanitize their hands on arrival.

All clients will have to have their temperature taken and asked to fill a Covid19 client form on arrival.

Biodegradable single use towel and gowns for all clients.

All clients and staff must wear masks at all times.

If you don’t have one we will provide one.

Also we will have reusable ones for purchase.

Children must have freshly washed hair that morning and will also have to have temperature taken and parent will be asked to fill the Covid19 form.

Once we start taking bookings please either book on line or over the phone.

Appointments are essential.

Please use card for payment were possible.

We are no longer able to offer dry cut appointments.

Please be truthful. If you are feeling unwell we can reschedule you this is not a problem.

I know this is a long list and there will be new ones I’m sure in this fast changing time.
But all these procedures are put in place to keep us all healthy and Covid19 at bay.
We will have Acrylic screens up wear the 2 meter distance can not be met.
All of the above are in yours and the teams interest and must be respected at all times.
